They are prone to developing Neobenedenia flukes that they pick up going through the supply chain. I guess I can’t really compare their hardiness to clownfish - each species has its own different issues. They are one of the hardiest butterflyfish though. They will eat anemones and coral,

Would quarantine get rid of those flukes? Im confused, i dont want my other fishes to get it how can i prevent that from happening? Will that kill them? Thanks

Yes - our quarantine protocol is listed at the top of the fish disease forum. Or - you could hold the fish at half salinity for 35 days.
Not every one of these will have flukes, especially if they were treated before you got it.

Can you copy paste the link for the quarantine protocol?

So instead of qt I can just hold the fish at half salinity for 35 days? And after that start the prazipro treatment? Im a little confused

No, the half salinity is instead of Prazipro for flukes. You’d still have to decide if you want to run a copper treatment for protozoans first.

Gotcha, I cant remove 100% of the sand though, im leaving like 3% is that okay?, also the new 1" six line wrasse needs a cup of sand to sleep in it at night-can I do so? Since its still sand

Here is what I meant by 3%, had 45 pounds now maybe an ounce?

The sand is fine. Also sixlines do not sleep in the sand, they make a mucus cocoon and sleep in the rocks.
So how will he sleep then? Im adding a $100 36" plastic boat made for fw tanks for their hiding/etc-is that okay? Is just a freshwater ornament since i cant have live rock

Rinse it well in FW before use (soak it overnight). You don’t need elaborate ornaments though - I just use short sections of PVC pipe of various diameters all linked together with nylon line to hold it together.

My bad the boat was in a fw tank 24/7, how will the wrasse sleep though? Since i cant have live rocks

he will find a spot inside the ornaments to sleep.
Okay can I use a water pump to circulate water or not? It doesnt say in the protocol, btw its a 55 to house a 3.25" niger trigger/1" 6 line, 3" coral beauty and a 2.8" kleins butterfly fish, they should be alright though correct? Im adding that huge ship to provide protection from the niger if it gets aggressive as well as hiding spots

Water circulation is important to a degree, but aeration is vital - you need bubbles that break the surface tension of the water. I use extra aeration from an air pump and air stone, but a protein skimmer will also work (but don't collect the skimmate if you are using certain meds like prazi).

Will my 2 hob filters'(60 gallons each) provide enough water movement at the top? Or do i 'need' to buy the air pump/air stone?
