Do you dip your CUC?

I'm seeing conflicting opinions, some say its ok to dip because they have a "door" that protects them, others say it will kill them.
 
A snails operculum is not 100% sealed in most cases. Water can get past, and most dips that would kill invertebrate pests will not discriminate between unwanted and wanted invertebrates. It depends on your dip of choice on how harmful it will be though, as some are more harmful to worms than snails or vice versa
 
They don't all have a door. For example cowrie shells don't, conch shells don't. Also not all CUC are snails.

... and no I never dip them. I would not want to stress and poison them. Pick healthy specimens and quarantine whilst obsrving them if in any doubt.
