Do you name your fish?

I don't name them anymore, but my daughter does. Favorite name was Pokey Stick, a yellow longnosed butterflyfish.

Only if the fish has an awesome personality! My Snowflake Eel is named Rocky (but my family calls him cuddles because when i hand feed him he likes to cuddle with my hand). My porcupine Puffer is named Adam, my longnose hawk is named Ryan.

Nope, superstitious. Back in the bad ole days of. Under gravel filters etc. if we named the fish it would die. No names lived forever sooooo no names! I know I know, but it works.

I had a hitchhiking snail that my sister named blake shellton, then i accidentaly killed him. He was hard to see and only about half a cm. oops!
