What you should do now is start putting rocks around it .. maybe they'll spred onto them. When they do then you know it's time.

As far as the price ... what did you pay for them. If you paid $50 for the whole colony, you should get $50 for a small rock with 5-8 polyps on it. If you paid $60 get $60 for a small rock and so on.

I think that's fair. Of coarse it's up to you.

Personaly I would pay $10 per polyp easily.

Can we call them "Tropical Skittles" or "Taste My Rainbows"?

I paid $60 for it, on the rock it had two shrooms, blue/green in color, and a staghorn? or something like that, but I lost that in my tank some where lol. It is on a weird shaped rock, but I will try to place it close to some other rocks.
I did cut 5 polyps off of it and glued those to a frag plug not that long ago.
How do you go about finding if they truly do have a name or how to name them?
