My zoas do this everytime I do a water change. They don't seem otherwise bothered, but I was just curious.

Probably some vermetid worm I think. They send out silky threads to catch debris. Not that bad but annoying to corals. They have a calcified curly-q shell. Look for it.
Possibly when you do water change your stirring up something it wants to feed onHow big are they? And why does it happen only when I change the water?
The zoas/paly slime, They are trying to adjust to the water. As stated above the slime gives them a little bit of protection. Nothing to worry about.![]()
