For the cardinals, the only solution I see is to treat with Acriflavine-MS: http://www.fishvet.com/Acriflavine-MS.htm

It says "used to prevent bacterial egg infections" so it must be "egg safe". I would perform a 90 min acriflavine bath and then transfer the cardinals into their own small QT (with no meds): https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/acriflavine.282887/

Not without killing the corals. Waiting it out (by going fallow) is the only way to rid corals/inverts of parasite tomonts.
