So I have them for 2 months now and for some reason she is attacking him (not sure about genders yet) they are just the default memo's in a 10g. He is now hiding and is very white seems like his tail is misformed a little and doesn't eat. Helpppp

I had the same problem.
I put the more aggressive clownfish in my sump for a couple of days to let the other calm down again. After that mine get along a lot better.
If you don't have a sump then you could maybe purchase a net breeder. You can get them at petsmart or on amazon.
Hope this helps

Omg great idea I am going to try putting her in an improvised breeding box !

If there are two and of the same species, they will do this to determine dominance. The ultimate dominate one will become the female, while the other will be the male. The female will become larger too.

Yeah okay but this isn't pecking this is attempting to kill

If the one clownfish doesn't calm down after you releasing back into the tank you might have to return it to your LFS.
Good Luck :)

I purchased two mated Picasso clown fish and the female litarly beat up the male to death, it was horrible. If you can I would take one back. I learned the hard way. :(

Not saying this doesn't or can't happen, but one of my clowns is going on 7 years and been with a couple other clowns. She has never killed one or even taken to that extreme. When dominance is determined it can get nasty though.

Is the little one getting beaten up and running away or beaten up and turning on its side and shaking?

I am sorry to hear mate :( I haven't put her back because I don't have anything to separate her but she now just swum past him not even a nip. Maybe she learned probably not but you never know. I am still watching every move and if it won't stop it seems the better thing to do indeed :/

He's now just hidding where ever he can and he's very white and lays on the sand his fins look messed up too

Rayn is right. I used to breed clownfish. This is normal unless the clowns were raised together. It is unlikely the clown would kill the other. The one exception to this is maroon clowns, they often kill one another. They are difficult to mate. Moving one to the sump will likely just delay what is already occurring. If you think one is getting beat up severely I would suggest returning it to your LFS once you catch it.

Yeah I might consider bringing one back which one should I bring?

Size often can help with getting one to mate. If one is larger or smaller than the other there often will not be as much of a battle. They can tell the obvious dominance as well. If you think you just have a bully take that one back not the one being bullied.

Okay I am not trying them to mate and they are the same size

I don't know admit it matters if you are trying to get them to mate or not, they will pair up. That's why so many people try multiple clowns and end up with two. Pair kills the others off.

Take the bully back. LFS won't give much if anhtjing for a beaten up one. Let it heal up, dose some VIT C, and try another.
