BOTH! Neptune as with any company should have had it sent back to them for inspection and reship, for if the item was received damaged- now becomes a blame game.This is on Neptune and sounds completely wrong. I’d be upset if a company messed up my order and made me deal with another customer and shared my home address with them. If your story is true be mad at Neptune not the other customer.
Neptune should have requested tracking info which would have shown item was NOT in transit to you.
