Donut Coral dying?

Think my donut Coral is dying hard in the middle all prams ar good just think it is not feeding all the rest of corals and zoas doing fine any thoughts

Ammonia~0 pph
Calcium~390 ppm
Nitrate~2 ppm
pH~8.3
Phosphate<0.4ppm
Salinity specific gravity 1.025
 
Had the same occurrence.
Only that one coral, nobody else, stable 5 years.
No crabs, no shrimps…..strange.

That calcium is kinda low for my tastes, personally I find corals do better at least 420ppm or more. The color looks a bit washed out, your nitrate is pretty low too. I try to aim for at least 10ppm to 40 with most open brains.

Did a couple of water changes but it not really spread out to say almost looks like it is closing up but will wait and see

6 nitrates is low
Phosphates should be around .05 -.08 , nitrates around 10 . At this point you brought the phosphates down rather fast , just let it be for now except maybe bring up the nitrates a little . Patients is key steady and slow . Just try to keep your parameters in check and keep them steady . Try not to let your phosphates get that high again . I wouldn’t put it in the sump .

water changes were about 3 days apart so not to change prams too fast thaks for the reply every thing helps first donut coral I evert had
