I feed it Phyto Planton brime shrimp but have never seen the tenticles come out at night had it for about 3 months now

0.4 phosphates is high !!!
2 nitrates is low

That calcium is kinda low for my tastes, personally I find corals do better at least 420ppm or more. The color looks a bit washed out, your nitrate is pretty low too. I try to aim for at least 10ppm to 40 with most open brains.

I dont see any skeleton or recession, are you sure its not doing well?
Did a couple of water changes but it not really spread out to say almost looks like it is closing up but will wait and see
0.2 phosphates
6 nitrates is low

Phosphates should be around .05 -.08 , nitrates around 10 . At this point you brought the phosphates down rather fast , just let it be for now except maybe bring up the nitrates a little . Patients is key steady and slow . Just try to keep your parameters in check and keep them steady . Try not to let your phosphates get that high again . I wouldn’t put it in the sump .
