I need to order about 200 feet for tubing for my DOS. Does anyone have a good place to get this much?
What size tubing should I use?

I am also curious what tubing others are using. The DOS tubing comes bundled so tightly that it is kinked in several places and seems impossible to straighten out. I also don't think it can be replaced with standard 1/4" tubing but maybe someone else made it work.

Google search this KURIYAMA K010-0304
Apparently it's what comes out of the box with the dos, and 100 feet can be gotten for around 20 bucks. Haven't seen 200 feet lengths

I've purchased two packs of the DOS tubing from BRS and have not had any issues with it staying kinked. IIRC they only come in 50 foot lengths though.

I got the 50' version from BRS and put it in the sun for a few hours stretched out with clamps. It did straighten a bit but not completely. The ones that came with the DOS were really bad, almost unusable.

I'm pretty sure the tubing is 4mm ID and 6mm OD.

For long runs, I'd adapt to 1/4" poly tube. Cheap, available, and strong.

I ordered 4 of the 16 meter ones from BRS.
I will connect them together.
I figure it’s easiest.
I had about 5000 reward points saved up so it wasn’t expensive.

This is going to be a stupid question but does the the DOS factor in the tubing size or is that part of the calibration process?
I dont think so. I think it just goes off how long it takes for your cylinder to reach 40 ml

Do I have to calibrate with the DDR? I got the package and they will be here Wednesday.
Shouldnt have to. The calibration isnt ran by reservoir size or the tubing size, simply how long it takes the pump to move 40ml of liquid
