I’ve seen studies that show elevated levels of creatine in the gametes and gonads of a bunch of different sea life and I remember seeing somewhere that it’s used in commercial fisheries to enhance breeding.
Im not doubting it's possible benefits considering how creatine can enhance adenosine triphosphate cycling in human cells I dont see why it would be much different in any other animal cells.
It just reminded me of the whole HGH controversy back in the day on RC. I was very skeptical of it considering it proposal that a primate growth hormone could have similar effects on cnidarians.
The use of creatine as a beneficial supplement is much much more plausible.
