Versa look promising, but I never buy new release products, I'll let others test the reliability and initial problems a product might have, specially since ecotech is not a dosing pump manufacturer.I have to say that the Ecotech Versa is your best bet for accuracy and reliability. Soon... Very soon, Ecotech will be releasing their version of precision dosing. I've been lucky enough to have one to test and it will dose as little as 0.5μL (That's 1 millionth of a liter) on up. Not sure who would use it for that precise dosing, but if you need to, the versa will do it.
The great thing about the versa is that it is versatile in that it will precision dose to what ever the users needs are and if you end up going the way of a calcium reactor it will continually dose up to 200ml/min.
That's what makes this dosing pump different than all the rest. Instead of using software to control on time of an electric motor like the x1, bubble magus, brs, (that will eventually lose accuracy) the Versa uses a stepper motor which is a more precise way of handling the task.
They will offer the pump in single units as well as a "quad pack" that will meet any of your dosing needs, auto water changes, auto top off, 2 part dosing, trace element dosing... basically anything that you can think of the versa will do it.
And the beauty of it is the price point will be lower than any pump that offers the same capabilities. Well worth the wait, if you ask me.

Fair enough, what would be some concerns?Versa look promising, but I never buy new release products, I'll let others test the reliability and initial problems a product might have, specially since ecotech is not a dosing pump manufacturer.
