Dragon soul favia acclimatizing?

Help favia not feeding? No sign of polyps or tentacles day or night positioned on sand bed directly 3 days ago no sign of feeding though?

Ph 8.2 never drops below 8.1, ammonia 0, phosphates 0, nitrate between 0 and 5,nitrite 0, mag' 1400, calcium460, dkh 8 salinity 1.025 constant using ro water and using i aquatics coral reef pro salt. Currently not dosing anything. I have a calcium reactor currently not ob.

Had mine over a year before I saw tentacles .Mine is a such a slow grower .

The favia is positioned in partial shade but i cant tell how heavy the flow rate is think its low but dont know how to tell. Tank is young juust 8_ 9 week old. Light is now on acclimatize and is a 70w tmc v2 led nano. Tank is red sea 130 34 gallon total

This is it its about 6_ 7 c.m long and about 5_6 wide

To be honest fumanchu, ive not even seen feeding polyps yet

I only have a small favia frag but with mine its tentacles are out very randomly. Sometimes its middle of the day other times at night. Sometimes even in the am. Maybe you are just missing it. Mine will sometimes just have a couple out other times it looks hairy there are so many

Just hang in there keep taking care of your water and I'm sure it will flourish. I'll post a pic of mine this evening.

Have you looked at it with a flashlight with lights off? I looked at my tank this morning before lights on and my favia, war coral and platys had crazy tentacles out. I have 3 platys and only one of 3 really shows significant feeders

Mine definitely likes reef roids as well but I'm thinking maybe the polyp booster will really help that feeding response. Mine is just a tiny little frag. Aztec sun
