DSA 105gal Rimless build by poolkeeper1

Bummed we weren't around for the BBQ Bill! How are the fish and lights doing?
Kinda a last minute thing but had a good time. Tank is doing well going through the diatom explosion and looks funky but all coral are looking good, May have more fish today if what i wanted was in stock. Ordered a CUC and a Yellow Watchman Gobi and some Peppermint shrimp.

Its really funny you posted this today, Bill. I am thinking about adding a utility sink to my garage and thought about doing this exact thing with an elevated brute to mix the water in and just gravity feed it into my sump. :)

Did you just drill a hole and use a uniseal in the bottom of that brute?

Thank you, Too old to lug buckets around and on the dirty water end i just pump it out into the sink.

Yup that's all it is with a valve to control the flow, Dale had already installed it in the can when i bought the tank and he gave me the can too.

Awesome. I'll have to do the same. :)

How's the coverage so far with just one Razor? Any updated pics (larger I hope)?

So far so good, I actually have it raised up about 18" above the water line and have turned it down to 60% on the Whites and 95% on the Blues as the factory setting was too bright IMO. No par readings yet but with around 50 pcs in the the 4 week old tank 20 of those being SPS frags they are all looking great. I will try and get photos with my camera and get them up soon as i figure out how to post them from the memory card.
AS far as coverage goes it will do but i would get 2 of the smaller models if i did not already buy this one. Putting 2 of these is not an option as they are wider than the tank and would look funky...

Got the canopy built and added 2 T5's to the Razor LED (Fiji Purple/Blue+ Gen II) and it made a lot of colors pop that were not visible before. Now need to start redoing the equipment in their permanent spots and clean up all the wiring and plumbing..
