I have a 3 mo old 120 and need to dose to keep the alkalinity up, was wondering what are my options for a easy reliable pump? I go away on the weekends and am noticing alk swings

I was just about to start a thread with the same question. I don't want to hijack your thread but I was looking at the Jebao auto doser and was wondering if anyone has used it?

I use the BRS 1.1 ml doser set up to a Kasa smart power strip. I fought alk swings for about a year. I finally started 2 part using that little cheap doser and it was magical. Best thing I've done in so long.

Jebao DP-3 or 4
Bubble magnus BT-01

Both very easy to use, program and maintain

@CK00020 you can definitely use the Kasa as a timer or set to turn on/off at preprogrammed times. The smallest interval is one minute.

I have used the same BRS 1.1 dosing pumps for just over a year, and they have worked great. I use these with my Apex.

I was looking at the kaomer single pumps, but they have real bad reviews
I have two Kamoer X1 pumps and love them easy to setup haven’t had a problem it’s been more than a year now running.....

Very true. I am new to dosing and did not know what else I may be dosing. So I started with the two head
I wanted something cheap and better then dosing every day by hand

Do you need a timer or does the kasa take care of that
The kasa takes care of it. I have it broken down into bursts of maybe 8 minutes - 3 times a night. I adjust as needed based on testing. I run alk at night because ph drops at night and alk can raise ph. I run calcium during the day.
