All my pumps and lights just shut off and now my EB832 is giving me a low voltage error and it won’t power anything. Lights are all still working on EB832 and still connects to Apex Fusion but it is not sending power out to my equipment.
The wall outlet is working just fine.

Need help ASAP.

Check the breaker on the Energy bar and reset it. If all else fails, unplug the energy bar from the outlet and apex and then plug it back in, sometimes electronics need to be rebooted.

Tried all of that already...
If you are getting no voltage coming out of the energy bar then it sounds like the breaker or something went bad on the energy bar. Sorry, I have nothing further to add then install a normal energy bar to get everything up and running and open a ticket with Neptune.

@rkpetersen , any suggestions?

@ReefSquad

Weird thing is the lights are on on both the power bar and head unit. Fusion works, probes look to be working. Just no power from any of the outlets on the power bar.

Ok, I just went onto the Neptune site and looked, try and update the firmware on energy bar.

But first. I need you to unplug all outlets and apex, and then unplug the energy bar and then wait a few minutes, then plug energy bar back in and then wait a few minutes and plug apex head unit back in. Trust me, I am trying to help you as best as I can as I also run a Apex.

This is exactly the same as what has happened to you.

Thanks, yeah looks like I'm not the only one. I've tried updating the firmware on the energy bar already. The breaker is pushed in.

I'll try unplugging everything.

Doesn't seem like its a common, but it does seem to happen. I am rooting for the both of you.

I went to WWC and just bought a new one. Opened a ticket with Neptune and they sent me back an auto reply with basic instructions to: unplug, reset circuit breaker, etc. I told them I did all that and have already hooked up a new EB832. Sending old one in to get fixed and sent back. Now I’ll have one as a back up. Should of had a backup already. I have a back up everything else basically.

Couldn't figure out how to "fix" it. Just bought a new one from Neptune... they have an option to send it back for repair, but since it was out of warranty, they would have to diagnose and come up with a cost to fix.

I had the exact same thing happen today to my energy bar. It communicates with the controller, lights on bar working, orange N light and the breaker on back hasn't popped. However, individual outlets/switches don't respond or power devices. Even a PM1 connected to the bar is working.

Must say, I was disappointed with tech support. Always heard, or believed, that such a great product would have a great support. When I called I got an answer right away. The agent took my email address and told me I would recieve two emails to provide suggestions. No other assistance! The emails instructed me to check the breaker on the back of the bar and walked me through updating the bar firmware. Other than that, they said I would have to send the bar in for repair. I just expected more.

Has anyone figured out a fix for this? The exact same thing has happened to mine. Fusion works shows that everything is connected, all probes are working and accurate. My EB832 is on and all lights are on, but none of the outlets are receiving power. I’ve tried all the normal fixes, unplugged, plugged back in, reboot, update firmware, unplug everything, check breaker on back, and nothing seems to work.

This happened a week ago after a power outage, but after a couple hours After power was restored it seemed to Have corrected itself. No luck this time.

What are you plugging into the outlet when you get the error. The EB832 can only handle low wattage items. I was trying to run a 700 watt heater and kept getting that, Neptune told me it was too many watts. I added a EB8 and can run that heater fine.
