If you are getting no voltage coming out of the energy bar then it sounds like the breaker or something went bad on the energy bar. Sorry, I have nothing further to add then install a normal energy bar to get everything up and running and open a ticket with Neptune.Tried all of that already...
Doesn't seem like its a common, but it does seem to happen. I am rooting for the both of you.Thanks, yeah looks like I'm not the only one. I've tried updating the firmware on the energy bar already. The breaker is pushed in.
I'll try unplugging everything.

I had the exact same thing happen today to my energy bar. It communicates with the controller, lights on bar working, orange N light and the breaker on back hasn't popped. However, individual outlets/switches don't respond or power devices. Even a PM1 connected to the bar is working.
Must say, I was disappointed with tech support. Always heard, or believed, that such a great product would have a great support. When I called I got an answer right away. The agent took my email address and told me I would recieve two emails to provide suggestions. No other assistance! The emails instructed me to check the breaker on the back of the bar and walked me through updating the bar firmware. Other than that, they said I would have to send the bar in for repair. I just expected more.
