It means the most you can get off is $100.00. I purchased a Radion xr15w for $369 and got a discount of $73. Only paid $296 for the light

I missed the sale. I feel really stupid asking but how do you shop on Ebay? How do I know I'm getting a new, not a knockoff, in good condition, in-the-package item? Just want to make sure I'm getting the real thing. I can't I have never shopped on Ebay my entire life lol. I think I just never bothered after hearing about ripoffs during the company's early days.
