eBay 20% OFF Everything Today!

I missed the sale. I feel really stupid asking but how do you shop on Ebay? How do I know I'm getting a new, not a knockoff, in good condition, in-the-package item? Just want to make sure I'm getting the real thing. I can't I have never shopped on Ebay my entire life lol. I think I just never bothered after hearing about ripoffs during the company's early days.

Do manufacturers like AI actually go on there and sell stuff or do I need to buy from someone like this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/AQUAILLUMI...624651757?epid=1743244243&hash=item1ea570cbed
It takes a bit of practice as there is a very dynamic way to buy stuff. You have the typical auctions style, then you have a flat price plus however the seller does shipping, then you can do best offers and lowball people on some listings again based on the seller. You also have sellers who have multiple quantities of something in a listing.
In the listing it will have a condition section New, New w/ condition, used, and parts I think. Read through the listing and the descriptions, you can always message the seller.
I would consider buying from that seller, at quick glance he has good feedback and lots of items listed. A lot of brick and mortar stores or garage storage Sellers's on there.
I always use paypal to pay and most issue are in favor of the buyer unless something is off.

Where is it posted? I'm an eBay seller and I'm surprised they don't email us or something.

Shows how much they appreciate sellers.. I’m a 16 year veteran eBay vendor with a top rated power seller status and just by chance I found out about it in this thread:mad:
