Some days, ESL is PMSing on IE and I have to use Chrome to log in.. Other days, it hates Chrome and will only work with IE..
Gotta love technology
EcoTech has always said ESL does not work with IE

Huh.. Didn't know that part.. Anyways, I called this morning and they took control of my RL. He deleted my profile and reset it, which somehow, got the app to work.
I'm wondering though, does it take longer than the reported 3 mins for the pumps to update and program? My one pump was stuck on blue/green for nearly 30 mins and I got worried about the tank not having enough flow, so I stopped the upgrade.. Just wondering.

When you upgrade the pumps you have to stay in the app and let it do it's thing, I went back to texting while I was waiting and it did the same to me

Sorry I'm picking everyone's brain on here.. Did your pumps go directly into the red/white combo? Or did it go red/white/blue?
I'm beginning to think that this is my issue. Mine went into red/white/blue, but then went into blue/green without issue. Obviously, I haven't made it past the blue/green combo. (I feel like I'm playing a game.. Lol).

Got it to work on 3 of the 4.. The one that doesn't want to work is an MP10 and it's at the top of the tank to help oxygenate it, so there probably isn't any reason to mess with it's existing setting

I had a problem for a little while.
Then I did a computer reboot and then it worked for me.

I don't want the computer version, I want the app for iphone to work. My vortech schedule is turned up too high and sand keeps blowing everywhere. But of course it doesn't work and it's stuck on it lol

For the record, mine goes into some crazy setting where it's like a sandstorm in my tank. I found the constant speed was set too high. Once I got it to where it needed to be (for the idiot tangs that like to swim against the current), there's not been anymore issues.
