What’s the typical lifespan on the battery backups? How often should they be replaced? Is there any regular maintenance or testing?

Not sure, it ran mine for atleast 6 hours but then I got power back. I also run mine at 4% normally so I don’t need a lot of juice

You ran it straight for 6 hours or on and off?

I have heard 3-5 years on the life span of these. there are youtube videos out there that show you how to replace the internal battery for less than $50 instead of having to buy a new unit.
