This is a criminal act,. No rocket science, all you need is to report this fraud to your legal authority with his PayPal account. PayPal is required to submit all his account information for criminal investigation. He had to use his real name and bank account to withdraw funds. Yeah, let's get him raw.

If this guy stole money from a bank and then gave it back when he got caught would he have gotten away with a slap on the wrist? I think this slimeball needs to be made an example of that way it will deter future slimeballs-in-training from trying to scam people. Just my .02
