Suspending it isn't enough. People want their money back and I'm sure they can get it back somehow.

If you gifted with your cc you can call the credit card company. I had to do that once. And they refunded me right away.

That's true.
Federal authority can freeze the bank account linked to the PP email.
Most likely the money is already transferred to a few another accounts in order to be traced.
If not C-king can expect a nice surprise soon.

Someone should have it since someone have paid him in business transaction and not via paypal. Hopefully he was dumb enough to list his real address though lol.
