EllisJuan's Deep Blue 30g Shallow Reef

With the direction this tank is heading (a lot of SPS in a relatively small volume of water) it seams like dosing two part or running a calcium reactor is inevitable. Does anyone have any good recommendations for a very small calcium reactor? Do you think I would be better off just dosing two part?

Do you use a bubble magus doser? I have heard some not great experiences with it. I was thinking about just picking up this and using my Apex to manage the dosing schedule...

It's been three years Solid Experience with the Bubble Magus BMT-01 main and the slave unit BMT-02, use them for reef elements and coral colors from Red Sea Max, no complaints so far, but the option to dose with the apex is just great!!!!

Nice build! Definitely dose 2 Part. Too small for a calcium reactor. I've used a bubble magus. The only downside is the heads/tubing wear out and have to be replaced from time to time. Otherwise they're reliable. I currently use a Neptune Apex DOS. So far its been great too.

Nice pick up.

On my 30 I use kalk on top off, parts A/B daily. Mag once a week, Lugols once a week, Strontium once a week and Potassium once a week. Eventually I will finish hooking up the dosers and then BRS 3 part.
