I would wrap the tank with some Tie-Down Straps in the mean time to try and hold things together as you gather your supplies.

instead of a garbage can the tank is half full with power heads. the coral are not looking good but the fish are fine. at this point i don't think i want to invest thousands of dollars on a new tank and stand so I would rather give some equipment and coral away to anyone who wants to come pick them up. I have a nice acrylic sump a reef octopus xp 2000 skimmer and 2 ehiem pumps.

I mean it’s your choice but you already have all the equipment so you’d literally only be buying an actual tank and stand and sump. And normal 90g tanks only cost like $100-200 so not sure where you think you’ll be spending thousands more
