Euphylia are dying gonna try chemiclean.

what I got from this thread is an anemone died and fouled the water, so OP wants to dose chemiclean to fight cyano, although admits he has been increasing nutrients recently to fight dino's.

so I'm not sure what the problem is...
No the anemone whic is actually a worm is alive and well. He bailed on his old tube to build a new one. I did not say an anemone died in op.

This should very well help you:

Prepare by starting with a water change and blow this stuff loose with a turkey baster and siphon up loose particles.
Turn lights off (at least white and run blue at 10-15%) for 5 days and at night dose 1ml of hydrogen peroxide per 10 gallons for all 5 nights. If you dont have light dependent coral- turn all lights off.
During the day dose 1ml of liquid bacteria (such as bacter 7) per 10 gallons.
Clean filters daily and DO NOT FEED CORAL FOODS OR ADD NOPOX as it is food for dinos.
Day 5,, you can start with blue lights - ramping up and work your white lights up slowly
VG, if I do this should I use food grade or just regular old peroxide? I does seachem Stability almost daily to keep my bacteria up. I would babe to order the bacter 7 stuff and I don't think I have time to wait for that.

Regular 3%. Stability will help. Bacter 7 or Bacter XLM very good

So I am trying the advised "turn lights down for 5 days, and does peroxide" I know this is only day 1.75 or so, bit I think the frogspawn has had it already and the treatment does not seem to slowing the goo that is killing it. Should I just call it a goner and get it out to minimize risk to other coral?

I agree. Had to cut off the arm to try and save the body. I'm going to go through the blackout and peroxide thing though just in case

So just coming out if the five day black out and peroxide. The diatoms are back, but I don't have the dinos. I did sacrifice the frogspawn as he looked to fat gone and I didn't want to risk infecting anything else. We did lose the acropora that was given to us, but I really don't think we were ready for it anyway. I figure instead of going crazy fighting them I'll let the diatoms burn out. The ambient light from the windows doesn't help.

I’d recommend dosing some microbacter 7 or other bacteria after the treatment to give beneficial bacteria a boosy

You had a dead anemone in the tank...that can easily nuke a tank...
Yeah I dose bacteria. I did not have a dead 'nem. It was the tube from a tube anemone that it vacated. If you look at the pics you can see the pink tentacles. It is alive an well
