Well, I mean, at the very least...

If nothing else, it seems like it would be an effective first-step in a QT treatment...

Get the ich off of the fish as fast as possible... (one of the only two people in the thread who have supposedly tried it stated that the ich fell off her fish within a few minutes of dosing...)

And then do a copper or CP treatment...

Still really interested in the continuing research regarding hydrogen peroxide...

I personally prefer cp and hypo options over copper.

Another first step that has had documented success is safety stop.

May or may not be available in your area.

Many of the people who use it only use it.

I personally would only use it as a first step before hypo and or cp.

I use both hypo and cp on any fish that can handle cp. Those that do not, I run in hypo.

If this product worked after 7 years everyone would be using it. The idea that there's a reef safe effective treatment for a disease killing tens of thousands of aquarium fish a year (including public aquarium fish) and it hasn't caught on by word of mouth yet is ridiculous to me.

i actually use it. I have a DT full of corals. I was dealing with ick. I can tell u, dots were removed within minutes. Fish began eating instead of hiding within few hours of dosing. The corals were okay. There was a select few who closed as soon as I dosed but after a few minutes they returned to their normal state. This stuff is a GAME CHANGER. If I have to use it again, hopefully not, I will document it. I kid you not, ick dots were gone within minutes. No crap

I am in the middle of an ich outbreak. I week since first symptoms. Flashing by the Royal Gramma. No rhyme or reason. Parameters have always been solid. The bully of the tank came down with it first... Added UV sterilizer. No noticeable effect. The fish looked pretty rough today. Accidentally increased tank temp to 80 degrees, and everyone is doing better after half a day. Bumped the temp up to 81 degrees. All fish ate tonight with garlic guard, except for the firefish. I have not seen it in 2 days. I think I caught a glimpse of it tonight, so I hope it is still swimming. 25 lagoon, wet for 5 and a half months. Lots of inverts. 4 fish. Corals and RFAs. API test kits. Ready for a 15% water change tomorrow.
