External parasite on wrasse

Thanks everyone for double checking I felt like something was off with my ich diagnosis
Key difference is the size of the spots themselves. Also if a fish has the type of coverage that the one in this thread does and comes on quickly (within a couple of days) it's likely velvet.

As mentioned above thick slime coat fish such as wrasse, gobies, clowns etc rarely show ich "spots" even though it may be present in the gills.

You are still doing a nice job of helping people here in the disease forum!

About temperature. The freshwater ich that is circulating in Sweden dont stand high temperature.
At 90 degrees it will die. Maybe it has been a confusion here.
