Just as soon as it summer started it's already coming to an end!

Generally speaking the saltwater aquarium industry slows down a bit during the summer and then starts to pick up steam again in the fall and really hit it's stride in the winter. I know that you serious reefers have some upcoming plans for your tank! Maybe a reboot, maybe a new aquascape, new critters, corals, new tank etc.

This being said what does the fall look like for you? What big plans, if any do you have for your reefing hobby this fall?

Just trying to get my parameters back in check. I have two more fish on my list that are going to get added sometime down the road. Not sure when though.

I'm planning a soft reboot. Not a complete restart, but definitely trying to reset my params and get things on track again.
And update your build thread ;)

Continue on with my aquaculture build.
I need to build the fish breeding section and algae culturing section.

That build looks amazing!

Complete redo when I win the waterbox ;)

Seriously though probably just enjoying what I have. Figuring out my issues and hoping it comes to a nice level where my zoas/palythoa can thrive and eventually add new fish.

Will be hitting that magical 6-mo mark this fall.
Assuming I ever find stability, we'll begin to put a few SPS pieces at the top of the rockscape.

Probly will begin the qt on a nem and pistol/goby pair late fall for holiday season addition.

Planning a few major updates for the fall.

Biggest one, I'll be upgrading to a Reefer 425XL over Black Friday. Sales have been fantastic this year, so my commission checks are nice and healthy. I've been squirreling away some funds every month, and I should have enough for all of the updates that go along with the tank by Black Friday... including a little bit extra to have my LFS help with the actual setup of the system.

I'm also planning an update on my water change station. Right now it's not a station so much as it is a Brute can. The new version will be... also a Brute can. But it'll have an integrated pump, fixed plumbing, and the ability to extract water out of the tank or pump water into the tank, along with the ability to bypass the can entirely and empty into a different container.

Wow- THIS is WANT !!!

How could I forget to mention. . . . . M A C N A !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is 2 hours away this year!!

Planning to add some testing automation and it's looking like it will be the Alkatronic. Oh yeah, and Black Friday sales!

Upgrade my pumps and add battery back ups, replace my Sicce 5.0 with a Cor 20 and redo some plumbing to add a header and put my carbon reactor on it and remove the pump in my sump that feeds it, also add a couple of stub outs on the header for future expansion. Add another Apex energy bar, and hopefully be done with battling bryopsis so I can finally have stable parameters. Oh, and hopefully Black Friday will be like it was 2 years ago when the deals were even better than last year.

Plus, if they ever show up, install a Trident, LOL!!!
