Oh man, glad you’re ok Ty. We’ve had power outages that have lasted 2-3 days due to PGE rolling blackouts. I finally bought a generator last year and it’s saved my behind a few times already. Good luck Ty and everyone from Texas. California is rooting for you guys!!

I haven’t gotten to check the last couple days. It’s been a madhouse with everything going on and harboring family from the lack of utilities.
One interesting thing is corals looks a ton better.

So the case of the rising phosphate... don’t laugh too hard at me. I must have accidentally knocked the portion control tab on my Apex Feeder when I refilled it last. Last night I saw it dump a monstrous amount of pellets into the tank. It’s been doing that 2x a day so that might explain my crazy high phosphate fight the last couple weeks.

I might have missed it in the thread or more than likely distracted by the SPS **** but any tips for SPS nipping angels? Or do I just live with lack of daytime PE?

They just give up eventually in my experience once they realize there’s nothing to gain from the nipping. But I’ve had them many years now so you may have to wait awhile. Also it helps to have a ton of acros so the nipping is dispersed.

I thought the same when I posted them together like that and then ran to my frag tank to look. Honestly the psycho asylum has a better overall hue of pink and better polyp coloration in person but at the end of the day, half my tenuis collection starts looking the same to me sometimes.
