been too long since an update!

I like the rock on the back wall... but its taking up some space for needed equipment and frag racks.......

so Im going to take the top off of the rocks on the back wall. it should give me the space I need.

I bought a lot of sticks from the SBB live sale this past week end. now I need places to put them!

grabbed these off Etsy! got 4 of them. you get 1 holder and then a 1 hole rack, 3 hole rack, and 5 hole rack and just swap out what you need.

Are they glued to the glass or just the scape?

it is attached with loctite silicone only to the back wall.

I should be able to slow scrape it off with a knife.

Im not worried about scratching the acrylic since its the back wall.

Its nice to see some corals that lost some color start to color up again!

this TSA beast monti was straight brown and I thought I had lost it but nope! its finally starting to get it yellow/orange back. havent see blue in the polyps yet. slowly but surely! TSA picture for reference

Also I got this Interstellar mushroom awhile back. its black with green, red and orange bumps. the colors are finally starting to pop on those bumps!

found this guy during the middle of the night! hitchhiker on my live rock from Tampa Bay Saltwater.

when I build my sump im definitely getting more rubble from them. to put in there.

Also I started dosing phyto every other day. right now im just dosing about 30ml every other day.

also got some copepods to keep boosting my pod population so I can eventually get a mandarin pair

im getting into the world of torches! And it’s all @SBB Corals fault!

also my mushroom addiction continues…

and lastly I couldn’t resist grabbing bunch of sticks! Wish me luck on these….. these are the reasons for the frag racks and take the rock off the back wall…

So as mentioned before I wanted to take some of the rock off the back wall to make room for some frag racks and ability to add or move equipment around.

IT. TOOK. FOREVER.

and then getting the left over silicon off was even worse.

but its done!

For the first time I had a mushroom fall off its rock. I saw it happen thankfully and then it went right into the my RFA....

luckily I saved it and there were no issues.

so I put it in a small plastic frag carrier jar with a bunch of small rubble and after about 2 weeks I finally got it to fully attach to a new rock!

alright these are my last two pieces for awhile..... need to take a break and let the tank grow out and spend some money on equipment that makes my tank more stable!

but these are two of my favorite pieces that I have been hunting for awhile!

So I’ve been fighting my corals in the sand because they are on tiny frag disks and keep getting knocked over

so I got these! Going to break them up to what I need and glue them on tomorrow

Also a local reefer had a trops overdose chalice for sale and a big piece at that!!

I had this maybe 10 years ago and it was one of my favorites!

I love the bright blue glitter spots on it!
