Favorite Nano-Fish?

Some gobies get their nutrients from the sand, so they would likely have a hard time in a small tank. Many are very small and shy, so a small tank without larger, intimidating fish is great for them.

Which ones would be good for a smaller tank. Let's say 5 gallons ...haha

Yellow clown goby would be cute too. They are tiny and would be all over the tank. The flaming prawn goby is gorgeous, but it is a bottom dweller.

What do those guys eat and will it coexist with Ocellaris Clownfish? He's a little aggressive and hosts an anemone.

Hmmm...you might have a problem with anything else if you have an aggressive clown in a tank that small.

Both gobies I mentioned eat the standard mysis/pellets/misc frozen options.

That's what I was thinking. I'd rather air on the side of caution. Any other critters that you think would be interesting and compatible? I just have the clown, a BTA, a rock anemone, torch, hammer, frogspawn, blasto, mushroom and lobo. I was thinking of an anemone crab maybe?

I have never had an anemone crab.

I love fire shrimp. I saw sexy shrimp for the first time in person the other day. They are beautiful, but the size of a fingernail. Your clown may think it looks like food. :D

I came across this today too. It looks amazing! http://www.liveaquaria.com/diversden/ItemDisplay.cfm?c=2733+4&ddid=306477

My orchid dottyback would probably do good in a nano. Love this fish. Wouldn't go under a 10 gallon though.
