February meeting

Hey there Reefers hope all is well, I am sitting at home today trying to stay warm with all of the snow and ice. We will be holding the meeting at the following location on February the 27th at 1:00pm for a late lunch. I am located off of Winchester and Bell factory rd up towards New Market. For you GPS users please use 729 Bell Factory rd Huntsville Al 35811, as my address is not in most GPS systems yet. My address is 106 red rock dr Huntsville, AL. 35811 if you need to cal my home number is 256-859-1955 and my cell is 360-631-8452.

We will have some door prizes and I will be cooking Pulled Pork and Chicken if someone wants it. With any luck I will have the new tank in the garage and you all can tell me if I am setting it up correctly:smile:

So far this is what I have as far as people showing up, I need to know what you want to eat Pork or Chicken, if you plan on bringing something, how many there are of you. I think my wife Dani will be cooking her famous baked beans.

We are trying to sell our house and need to devote full time to that effort.

Alright everybody, I have had Mikes cooking before its worth the trip just for that.The new 300gal will be there and we all get to oh & ahh over it.So far sounds like fun to me.Mike what do Tammy and I need to bring?

We will need plates knives spoons forks cups, desert of some kind, some kind of side dishes such as macaroni, potato or coleslaw.If you will post what you can bring then there wont be any duplicates.

We have cups,plates,forks,spoons,bowls covered.I will pick up some knives and see if Tammy wants to bring a desert.Gona be a long nite tonight.

I gota go to the airport tonight.Flight comes in at 9pm.Then we have to unbox it all.

Upon request of our host I will be bringing some exstra corals on Saturday.If there is something some one is looking for let me know and I will be sure to bring it.I know there is going to be several door prizes so this should be alot of fun.Mike has already started cooking so come hungry.

Food is on the smoker

Alright, it is now 9pm and the Boston Butts are on the smoker from this point on I will rely on my trusty temp alarm to notify me if I get to hot or cold as I sleep.... I will be up every two hours to add wood and check things out......
