Poor Mikey, I got the tank ready.Allen is the friend you were talking to today correct?He has e-mailed me so thats what I gathered.He is getting the nem as well.Any special request on what else to bring?Still up so you can call if you want.

Well it's Saturday and if you don't know it's cold the smoker is at 185 and smells so good I am hungry. Be back in a few hours to put on more wood

good morning or is it evening........ I have pulled to butt out of the smoker and is now ready to go into the oven to finish, it will be ready at one O'clock and the chicken quarters are going in now for three hours.

Looking forward to everyone today but I sure am tired
