Fed ex sucks!

I agree Ive had a ton of issues with UPS.. FedEx screwup is kinda rare. But I understand where your coming from if it happened to me and they said that I would most likely not go there again. But glad to hear everything turned out good between you and the buyer!

Someone found out (don't remember how) that FedEx is actually the most reliable with packages in general.

FedEx is better than ups .... Had way more issues with them.

I always have them hold the package at shipping hub now for pickup. So it's not cooking or freezing. No problems since.

On a serious note, take your shipping and run. Their standard terms of shipping prohibit live animals, though you can set up am account and ship live animals. The caviat is that they are relieved of any responsibility to the animal's health.

Actually the beluga whales were for the Atlanta zoo. They shipped 4 whale sharks for the Georgia aquarium. That's right I said 4 whale sharks from Taiwan to Atlanta.

I had a Fedex package delivered late and I asked about the 10:30 guarantee, the lady said nothing is guaranteed. When the driver arrived I met her at the curb and one box was on it's side and the other upside down. Thankfully the shipper did an excellent job of packaging, including arrows and live animals written on the box, and the corals were fine. That's the only bad experience I've had with them out of at least 50 shipments so for the most part I think they are still the best choice.

I wont use UPS again!!! It took 5 days for my acans to get here(it was supposed to take 2) they lost my order,then they found it, but because it was the weekend when they found it they wouldnt deliver it till monday. I was not a happy reefer!!! But luckily all my acans made it and are doing well!!

these are the reasons I use usps! ive never had any problems.
unless the person wants to pay the extra for fedex and I cancel my arrive alive warranty

also because it is a coral you may be able to get the warranty saying it is plants

I am the opposite I only ship USPS if reefer demands and I then wave alive live guarantee..USPS has killed more corals than I care to mention. Then 2-3wks to refund, and I will not even mention the BS customer service dept. In many years of shipping FedEx only lost 2 packages followed by curtious follow up calls and a prompt refund.
