Fedex really confuses me!

UPDATE! So it has finally made it back to Florida!!! BUT they routed it to the wrong local fedex facility so its in lakeland 30 miles away instead of the facility I asked it to be delivered to about 2 min from my house! I called and the lady apologized and sounded sincere she was like this is unbelieveable I have never seen this happen lol. I told her I was mad at 1st but this has become pretty funny how fedex can screw up 1 package so many times lol hopefully the corals survive if not at least I learned a lesson and got some great inner giggles

What a debocle, but for what it's worth FEDEX is the best in the business PERIOD. I would never trust USPS again, and UPS is way too rough on packages

if its so efficient how come they are batting 98% late on my express packages.
its always airport delay in memphis!
the funny thing is they all get scanned out of chicago at the same time period.
and i have even had one that actually made it out on time which was scanned 20min later the those that show up at noon or later

ive never got a package late from UPS

I have never had much issue with fedex. I live WAY outside any major USPS route so NOTHING can get to me in less than 3 days. I have had even the "Guaranteed" deliveries show up as much as 4 days. So naturally everything was dead. I will never use them. Fedex is the only safe bet for me.

Well So far I bought 2 and got 2 freebies 1 of them opened immediately another is opening slowly and the other 2 I think 1 might make it the other isnt looking so good. But hey im a down to earth guy and dont stress over stuff at least ill have a 75% survival rate and a heck of a good time having FedEx amuse me for the last 72 hrs. I mean seriously how many times can you screw up a package??

Shipping corals is very risky business. Shipping companies are not set up to handle packages like this and really are not responsible for the customer to order such fragile products. You wouldn't ship a heart transplant ND air Early AM. I am never surprised when I read things like this.

Yes to an extent theyre not responsible but when you purchase OVERNIGHT shipping it shouldnt take 3 days to get it when I live in a heavily populated area. 1 screw up ok ******* happens i understand but 4??? Even they said it shouldve never went to Indiana then they forgot it then they lost it then they send it to the wrong Fedex location! In my eyes that is behind complete failure I dont even know where to rank this. I mean I honestly dont even know what to say lol people say there not surprised but this is ridiculous.

1 thing I can say though there customer support was great and even put me through to the trace agent. Theyve called me about 6 times today wondering how the coral is doing because I dealt with the same 2 ladies the whole time and 1 is a reefer :) so they showed concern thats the only reason im not so mad

someone with a personal plane needs to start up a coral dilivery business lol just fly it over and drop it out the door with a nice little parachute! overnight air dilivery! ok sounds like a little much but i almost bet u it would be easier on them then wat they go threw in those trucks and shipping stations!!!

Well at least this proves that it is possible that zoas and palys can make it more than 24 hours during shipping lol I do have to admit though when it arrived I opened up the best packaging I have ever seen
