I have found them both to be equally bad, but they're still miles ahead of the post office. We caught our postman knowingly destroying our mail, and the local postmaster told me they can't punish postal employees. They don't want to anger them. Something about going postal.

I use Fedex and UPS for work and get deliveries almost daily I rarely have any issues. The biggest issue is the person shipping not packing good enough.
If I have a machine down I will call the local hub and have it held there and pick up. We are outside the area where early delivery is available.

2 months ago i ordered naso tang and chocolate tang the vendor shipped via ups and ups gave some bs excuse about weather delay arrived a day late they sat in the box for 48 hours but they arrived alive made it through QT and now in my display

I have had much better experience with UPS than fedex. USPS is not currently functional, and hasn't been since june.

That said, anyone who worries about the time of day for their delivery, but doesn't have it delivered to the hub, is doing it wrong.

If it's packed well, time of day doesn't matter. If your schedule requires morning delivery, picking up at the hub is the only way to go.
