I can't repeat what I've named my Kole tang. He's not fond of my sailfin blenny or diamond goby(both of which I like more than the tang) but it's not to the point of hindering them. Regardless, I'll try to rehome him because he's not going into my next tank.

I dodged a bullet, grenade, and nuclear bomb with my tang. I purchased him many months ago before I started quarantining my fish. Thank goodness he didn't bring anything in.

Yeah, Ctenochaetus can be really aggressive. Almost every baby Chevron I've kept has grown up to be this ugly monster, and most of the Koles I've saved from Petco I was happy to rehome.

My wife wanted a Kole in my old 75. Once he got moved to the 125 he got put in his place. He would still try to act up from time to time, but not near as bad as he used to. They're definitely on my "nope" list.

It's a shame because he's a beautiful fish. He's not doing any damage or keeping anyone from thriving, but it's a bit too much aggression for my liking. I'll hold onto him until I can find a good home. I doubt I'll try any tangs again. I've really been wooed by wrasses and anthias
