First of all, sorry to be asking so many questions.

My first question is, with a filter feed that requires zooplankton (specifically a blueberry gorgonian (guaiagoria sp) do I just put some in the water and then turn the filter off or do I have to manually place it in? Also how much do I put in?

Another question is when I have or am planning on getting a plant/coral that requires moderate flow is a filter and a bubbler fine? And does it need to be directly in the flow?

Don’t be sorry, it’s good your asking questions rather than doing something and then needing help.
You want to broadcast feed the plankton into the Powerhead so it gets spread around the tank.
You’ll want to have a power head/wavemake, a bubbler isn’t neeeded in a marine tank.

How many gallons per hour should a powerhead be in a 20 gal with 2 clownfish?

IMO Between 400-500
What was your question about anemones ?
