How fast do purple sea whips grow? I have 2 that are about 2 inches. About long until they are pretty big?

It depends on the tank. There’s no specific growth rate

it is a copepod breeding tank. 10 gal. Has a pound of live rock and two shaving brush macro algae

I prefer photosynthetic gorgs myself, they are mainly light fed, most are easier to keep.

Purple frilly is an easy gorg, and there are gorgs in colors you mentioned that are photosynthetic
