Open. But it stays that way when it closes also.

Yeah that's because the line is pressurized due to the valve being closed soon as the float valve is pressed down the pressure will be relieved.

What i did was unscrew the adapter to the faucet to let air out lol the float is all the way to the top of the vertical tank. Need a ladder to press it down

Added more stainless steel panels to the border molding. Decided to cover the light brown wood.

To manage space I need some suggestions. Would it be possible to plumb the Calcium Reactor about 5 feet away from the sump. I would need to run it across the door step but very low profile. Good idea/Bad idea? lol
