First long tentacle anemone

Hey guys, just a quick question. I just bought a “healthy” anemone and it rolled off a rock today. I just also bought it today but I was wandering whether to let it do it’s thing or just intervene..?

LTAs like to bury their column in the substrate. They require about 3 inches of substrate, make a well and place the column into it. Leave the flow off for a while and it will dig it's foot in.

Mine did not get that memo--that's it's foot on the right sticking out from under the rock. Oh, on the right side of the picture is the container of gravel it's supposed to live in which by the way is where it has now moved back into on it's own. In a couple of days I will have had it for 8 months--great anemone, best $20.85 I ever spent.
