So they were not there last night but he now has some white spots in him...

can you take another picture of him? Something close and in focus - as best you can do of course.

I am about to pull him for the freshwater dip so I should be able to get a good picture then..

So just an update. This morning I woke up to find that my Blenny had passed away. I took him out of the tank and looked him over really good. I didn't see any signs of ich on closer examination but his stomach was really caved in and it definitely was not like that before this all started a few days ago.. So I would say its save to assume he had some sort of internal parasite..
