Hello guys I keep trying to help my fish but he gets worse and worse I’m thinking about putting him in a acclimation box in the sump so it’s dark and he’s not stressed is this a good idea. He’s on medication right now and before I did that he was in a ro bath and some other kind I forget the name of but anyways should I move him to sump. He’s breathing heavy and can barely swim

Sorry to say, he doesn’t look good and most likely won’t make it. I’d get him out to avoid a spike when he dies. Are there other fish in the tank?

it might be worth stating what you think is wrong with him and what you have treated with. This will give people with the knowledge a better idea on how to help.. fingers crossed for you

best option rt now qt ,add heavy oxygen ,looks like something tearing up fins

Very bad case of brooklynella. I hate to say but it is best to catch early and this guy has an accelarated case
remedy is to start with a freshwater dip with water same temp as tank and follow with a formalin bath daily using a clean pail or bucket and mixing FW with General cure or ruby rally Pro. general cure does well as it has a good base of formaldehyde. Typically a standard formalin solution is mixed with either fresh or saltwater in a separate treatment container. Initially, all fish are given a quick dip in the formalin at a higher concentration, followed by continued treatment in a prolonged bath of formalin at a lower concentration in a quarantine tank (QT). Of course, the longer the fish are exposed to the formalin treatment, the more effective it will be at eliminating this disease.

I’m not sure what he has as I’m to much of a beginner to identify but there was white flakes on him at one point so ich or maybe a bacterial infection

Another ro bath will kill him

I did a few baths of the straight ro water and then another few baths of Pazi pro I also got his food dipped in garlic and added metro Plex
Prazi will do nothing for this. It is more effective with fllukes and various worms

Definitely need a more clear picture and some additional information to help. How long have you had this fish, what are the symptoms, what have you treated with? A QT should definitely be used while you determine what is wrong and how to proceed. Clownfisk are susceptible to brookinella could be what you are dealing with here.
