I got a water box aio 25 peninsula and finished cycling with live rock, live sand, and dr Tim’s one and only . It’s my first tank and want a mixed reef with fish. Do I need to do anything before I add fish like add copepods and clean up crew. Also need fish and coral suggestions.

You need a add nothing.
You don’t need a CUC until later. Nothing to clean up right now, but if you want a couple snails, go ahead.
Beware a crabs, they are not required, and may in time, harass and kill anything they can catch.
Get your fish going.

Id say it depends on if you have algae showing up or not. Also what kind of fish you are interested in. If these are micro crustacean predators then adding pods before hand and properly feeding them to increase the population would be a great idea.

Sounds like your ready to progress. You will find quite a bit of information on the various species you may consider for your tank. Take you time a research your options.

Focus first on cycling and once done, get familiar with acclimation. Fish you will want are some such as :
gobies - firefish
blennies- tail spot good
Basslet- diadema or strawberry
Clowns- Add last

Good starter coral: candy cane-xenia-toadstool leather- Mushroom (disco) and green-trumpet- birds nest

Welcome to R2R! It is hard to give fish recommendations as they are a very personal decision. You do want to stick with smaller, less aggressive species for a 25 gallon tank. There are a lot of gobies and some cardinals, and of course the ubiquitous clown fish and damsels, although the clown fish and most damsels can be pretty belligerent. You do not want to go crazy on a clean up crew for a new tank. There will not be enough for them to eat. Maybe one or two Nassarius, if you have a sandbed, and a couple of Trochus or maybe Astrea snails for now. Go slowly.
