Of it would have evaporated much with no heat , flow or anything running. .

Any tank owner with that much invested in fish alone would know the value . And at least how much work was put in . And what’s required to maintain it .
knowing unplugging everything would be comparable to flushing everything in the toilet .

perhaps some type of divorce or separation . Unplugging was a act of spiteful revenge

I don’t know …. I wouldn’t personally have a tank fully stocked at one time stored at my friends house just to leave it go to the birds

I don’t want to be that guy to say it wasn’t a friends tank . But even the owner .
how can he honestly think it’s morally acceptable to leave everything unplugged
Most with a heart would plug it in at minimum .

I believe the renovating owner was the owner of the tank !

This is animal abuse, you would not be out of line to call animal control/the authorities. I get that you may not want to because of your uncle’s job remodeling the house, but the guy deserves it. What is it with professional athletes and abusing animals?
