No - quite unlikely. They like to hide - and sometimes come out rarely, and sometimes they hide etc - and you may not see them for weeks. Sometimes they die. Did your brother QT them? Any other fish in the tank?My brother had two gobies and they both gone missing is it possible a green frilly mushroom can eat a watchman goby?
Yeah tank has a lid he just thinks the frilly mushroom ate it which I think is impossible I agree with youI agree gobies love to hide, but they can also be jumpers. Unless you have a tight cover, if they don't show up my guess would be they are dried up on the floor (or eaten by a cat or dog).
No and a azure damsel he was fine past two days but he thinks a frilly mushroom ate it which is impossible I think right? Thanks for your helpNo - quite unlikely. Gobies are notorious jumpers and although great hiders often slip through openings of overflow and end up in overflow box and even sump. Also search a 5 foot perimeter of floor around tank to assure they did not jump outMy brother had two gobies and they both gone missing is it possible a green frilly mushroom can eat a watchman goby?
Wait, is the Azure Damsel missing too?No and a azure damsel he was fine past two days but he thinks a frilly mushroom ate it which is impossible I think right? Thanks for your help
just sitting back laughingIf you have fish going missing then there is either a poltergeist in there or something else that is vanishing them. If the mushroom ate 3 fish it should have grown and split.
Bobbit worm? Otherwise, poltergeist?
