Can you guys please give me some feedback on my proposed stocking list.
New tank is a redsea Reefer 525XL (so 5"x22"x22") about 110 gallons in display with 30 gallon sump.
Have a refugium setup in sump.
Fish I will move over form my existing 30 gallons are:
Clown Pair
Fire fish
2 Blue green chromis
Solan wrasse
Diamond Goby
Scooter Blenny
Anthias (Dispar?)

My thoughts are to add below fish in this order:
Foxface (one spot or elegance)
Orchid Dottyback
Flasher wrasse
Leopard wrasse
move existing fish
Green Mandarin (once pods built up in fugre)
Copperband butterfish
Some type of dwarf angel or two (flame and ??)

Lastly 2 tangs introduced together
Yellow Tang
Kole eye Tang

Does this should reasonable and does the order make sense?

Seems like too much, to me. Obviously a 110 gallon tank isn’t 110 gallons of actual swim room (after sand, rocks, power heads, etc.) Right off the bat I’d trim the list by eliminating the Yellow Tang, and one of your two planned Dwarf Angels. Best wishes! :)

Skip the Yellow Tang and just go with the One Spot. Yellow Tangs can be colossal jerks, I sure don't miss the one that I had in my 90 gallon. The Kole tends to be better behaved and should be a decent choice. Do you have any Corals? Dwarf Angels are a concern with them as they can be coral nippers and I would personally stick to just one. Flame Angels tend to be one of the more aggressive members of the species but with a 110 with bigger and more assertive fish it should be okay. My Flame was a butthead to it's tank mates and a coral nipper to boot, My Coral Beauty on the other hand has been a near model citizen. An established solar wrasse may take exception to new wrasses being added, just be aware of that.

Now on to the delicate shippers. Copperbands and Leopard Wrasses are notoriously bad shippers, so personally I do not recommend getting either one unless you can see it at your LFS active, eating and swimming around FOR A FEW WEEKS before you buy it. This ensures that you have a stronger and more adaptable fish. To give you an example my LFS ordered 6 Leopard Wrasses as part of a bulk shipment a few months back. 2 of them died within the first week, 2 sold and I have no idea what happened to them and then there was a Male Leopard and a Juvie Blue Star Leopard left after 2 weeks. The Male was very lethargic and hardly active, but the juvie Blue Star was super active and didn't seem to have a care in the world. We bought the juvie Blue Star and left it for another week and then came back and picked it up. We are now going on 4 months past that date and it's doing great and eating a variety of food (ie Seaweed and Reef Frenzy). I have no idea if the Male Leopard left at the store made it, but it didn't look good last I saw it. Copperbands are very similar with results. For this reason I definitely recommend picking them up locally. It's true that online vendors have guarantees but I don't see them doing unlimited replacements and given the odds it's possible to have several in a row that won't make it.

I agree with the post above, I think you have too many fish there. By my count that is 17 fish between old and new.

Add orchid dotty later, add cbb earlier

As always this forum is an amazing source of info. Big thank you to @Jesterrace for the super helpful and detailed reply.
Dropping the yellow tang is going to be a bit tricky as its the only thing my 8 year old son talks about when talk of the new tank comes around. He has even already named it 'Lemony Snicket'
But I think I can talk him down with the prospect of another 'super cool' fish.

So based on feedback how does this sound as a stocking plan and in this order.
Should add that plan is for tank to be mixed reef.

New fish
3 blue green chromis
Foxface (one spot or elegance)
Flasher wrasse

then transfer these fish from existing tank
Clown Pair
Fire fish
2 Blue green chromis
Solan wrasse
Diamond Goby
Scooter Blenny
Anthias (Dispar?)

then back to new fish
Copperband butterfish (from LFS only)
Orchid Dottyback
Green Mandarin (once pods built up in fugre)
Scribbled Angelfish
Kole eye Tang

My 4 year old loves the color Yellow and was heartbroken when we gave his Yellow Tang the boot, but I sold him on the Foxface (since it's mostly Yellow) and talked up it's cool features (ie venomous spines, changes color at night, cool face pattern) and now he doesn't miss the Yellow Tang at all.

I can sell the foxface, especially if it will go in as one of the first fish.
Should I be leaning toward some variety of foxface over another?
does the revised list look more sensible?
thanks again in advance.

FYI, the Chromis tend to pick each other off in groups over time. I would skip the additional and just keep what you have. That will also allow you to reduce the number of fish going into your new tank. Oh and the Scribbled Angelfish needs 180 gallons once fully grown. It gets 10 inches long and is super active. It may also eat your corals (same gamble as dwarf angels). I would simply remove it and the Chromis from the list and keep the rest. It will still be a heavily stocked 110 for what you have. I only have 5 fish in my 90 gallon:

One Spot Foxface
Coral Beauty Dwarf Angel
juvie Melanurus
juvie Blue Star Leopard Wrasse
PJ Cardinalfish

I might add a lawnmower blenny in the not to distant future.

Definitely the One Spot as it is the smallest of the bunch and gets 8 inches when fully grown (even for a 110 that is a big fish). The others all reach 9-10 inches in length and need a 6 foot long tank. The One Spot looks virtually identical to the stereotypical Foxface Lo, just slightly smaller and has a black spot on it. Here is mine:

I would however hold off until the tank is a bit more established as they generally like to graze on algae around the tank.

I have successfully "sold" the foxface and over the yellow tang and dropped the additional chromis as suggested.

Flasher wrasse

Does the foxface "have" to have green hair algae on the rocks or can I just feed Nori?
For the flasher wrasse do I need a lid?

The one spot is the smallest at 8”-9” fully grown. And they grow fast.

Make sure he is in and well established before adding the tang, and try to get the tang smaller than the foxface.

I had to trade in my yellow as he was going to kill the foxface.

No tangs in my 525.

Check out my stock list of 23 fish on page 1 of my build thread.

Link is in the signature.

I would also check with the wrasse experts here for compatibility with the solon. I have a solon and he is the worst on new comers.

If you want 2 dwarf angels, be sure to add them at the end as well, and together for the best chance of coexistence.

So far, my flame angel and coral beauty are doing ok together

The foxface will eat a sheet of nori a day if you give it to him!

I think if you were to put all the people in one room who had a fish ‘carpet-surf’ to compare notes, it would be a very long list (and a wide variety of fish)! Lol.
