LOL, it is connect to a outside ground rod that's independent of the house ground, hammered that in last yr just for this room.

and did I mention all the outlets are on GFCI breakers?

Small setback, I got a leak that I just noticed this morning, VERY small and on a PVC ball valve, off to home depot yet again.

Ugh, I hate leaky ball valves! I have a small one also but luckily it leaks into my sump. It is just up from the return pump. So next time I clean the pump I'll be fixing that also. Never a dull moment eh?
 
Final assembly, tested and very happy to say no leaks!

you may have adressed this earlier but, how many seals did you use on the bulkheads on this overflow? thinking of incorporating this into a build i am planning.

just curious where your put them and how many?

8, ordered 6 of them from BRS.

Just to clarify, I left the ones(x2) on the bulkheads that sit inside the skimming part of the over-flow in place, so one(x4) on either side of the glass, and one(x2) on the drain box.

awesome! thanks man i appreciate it. i doubt mine comes out as clean as yours but at least i feel more comfortable about it not leaking now..... how man gallons an hour are you running though yours?

figuring something in the ballpark of about 2200/2700-gph roughly.
