Fish you want

So many and for various reasons:

Clown and humu trigger
Batfish
Sailfin and blue tang
Hawkfish
Queen and emperor angel
Lionfish
Moorish idol

It's not so much the prices in most cases, but more that I only have one (relatively small) tank, and it has a handful of corals, peaceful fish, and a CUC, so all of them are out for some reason.

Tessalata, epaulette shark, queen trigger, mappa puffer, clown trigger

Octopus
Moray eel
Flamboyant cuttlefish

Not fish but really cool and not doable for me at this time.

if you're bored there's a pretty hilarious rant by some guy about the sun fish

just google 'why i hate the ocean sunfish'. beware, bad language, but i was solidly laughing

I will have to look for this later. I've never seen them in person but a few divers I know have seen them in Monterey. Few have said sea lions eat the smaller ones with one posting a image online of them tossing them around like a Frisbee ;)

Someday when I hit Powerball - Blue Striped Tamarin Wrasse

This fish is gorgeous but I won’t pay the +$2000 tag

That was one of the most unexpected and funny things I’ve read. Dude really has a gripe against them.

lennardi wrasse
joculator angel pair
Regal, blueface, queen, asfur not willing to take a chance with my reef
Broomtail wrasse.. too aggressive so I have a red sided Maori instead

1. Clown Trigger
2. Macauliceps Tang (sp?)
3. Gem Tang
4. Ribbon Eel
5. Vlamingi Tang
6. Flamboyant Cuttlefish
7. Porcupine Puffer
8. Dragon Wrasse

Resplendent Angel
Gem Tang
Wrought Iron Butterfly
Clown trigger
Bandit Angel
Conspic Angel

Most of the above are out of my price range, and the clown trigger is too big and destructive. I’d love to try many of the butterflies that only eat live coral polyps but won’t for the same reason. Most are real beauties.

Scribbled Angel & Goldflake Angel for me. Still thinking of pulling the trigger on one/both and risking coral.

I'd also like to have a blue dot jawfish, clown trigger, porcupine puffer or a spotted grouper.

If I had a bigger tank, I would love to have a Naso tang. Not the most exotic fish, I know, but I feel like even a 180 would be too small once the fish hits 6-7". My 120 won't cut it, and my house won't fit anything much bigger. But in a different house with a bigger tank? Definitely a Naso tang, and maybe a few large angels. I saw a video of an office tank once that was somewhere around 18' long, and they had a solid mix of hippo tangs, anthias, and yellow tangs. The blues, yellows, and pinks made for a stunning combo!
